CEO Dr. Jan Sundberg
Jan has a doctoral degree from Zooecology at Uppsala University. He has long time experience in Environmental Protection and Natural Protection in relation to renewable energy. He has also experience in implementation and acceptance issues regarding renewable power plants and innovative electricity conversion.
Ass. Prof. Dr. Hans Bernhoff
Hans has industrial background and is co-founder of Seabased AB, Vertical Wind AB, Current Power AB and Electric Line AB. He is CEO at Vertical Wind AB and partly employed at Uppsala University.
Erling Gustafsson
Erling is CEO at the sixth AP Fund where he has been employed since 1997. The sixth AP Fund regards its investment in Energy Potential as an opportunity tocontribute to the development of companies within the Renewable Energy sector.
Dr. Irene Kolare
Irene has a doctoral degree in organic chemistry and has previously held a position as handling officer for energy related issues at the Department of Trade and Industry. She is now employed at Uppsala University as administrative executive at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology.
Erland Strömstedt
Erland is a Deputy Board Member and PhD student at the Swedish Centre for Renewable Electric Energy Conversion, Division for Electricity, Department of Engineering Sciences at Uppsala University.
Marianne Andersson
Marianne is legal director at Uppsala University.
Chairman Prof. Mats Leijon
Mats has previously been working in the industry and has originated several innovative efforts resulting in over a hundred patents. As a serial entrepreneur he has created Seabased AB, Vertical Wind AB, Current Power AB and Electric Line AB. Mats is a member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Science (IVA) and the European Research Council (ERC).
Christina Brinck
Christina is a Deputy Board Member. Since 1997 she has been working with direct investments at the sixth AP Fund, where she is responsible for investments within the Energy sector.
Dr Lars Jonsson
Lars is CEO at Uppsala University Holding Company AB since 1998. UUAB invests in scientific results and gives professional advice during the commercialisation process. Energy Potential is one of over 50 businesses UUAB has been engaged in.
